Job Title: Virtual Medical Sales Appointment Setter
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Virtual Medical Sales Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our business growth by setting high-quality appointments with prospective clients in the regenerative medicine industry. This position requires someone with strong accountability, excellent conversational English, and a proven track record in outbound and inbound sales communications. Familiarity with regenerative medicine modalities or a willingness and adaptability to learn about the services provided by Marin Regenerative Health is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Communications: Initiate cold calls, follow-ups, and email outreach to prospective clients.
• Inbound Communications: Respond promptly to inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• CRM Management: Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• KPI Tracking: Consistently meet and exceed appointment-setting KPIs, including daily call targets, conversion rates, and scheduled appointments.
• Follow-up: Maintain consistent communication with prospects to nurture leads and increase conversion potential.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of regenerative medicine modalities featured by Marin Regenerative Health, including stem cell therapy, PRP, red light therapy, and more.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on sales goals.
• Feedback & Coaching: Accept coaching and feedback to improve techniques, strategies, and overall performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales appointment setting, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
• Proficient in using GoHighLevel CRM for lead and task management.
• Strong accountability and ability to self-manage in a remote environment.
• Excellent conversational English with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Familiarity with regenerative medicine modalities or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new medical concepts.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in a sales environment.
• Coachable and eager to learn and implement feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time role requiring availability during business hours: 9am - 5pm pst California time zone. Flexibility to work across time zones is a requirement.
