We are expanding our marketing efforts to increase lead generation and sales growth and are looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant skilled in Facebook and Google Ads to support our digital marketing needs.

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant to help manage and optimize our Facebook and Google Ads campaigns. This role is crucial for generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring effective traffic flow. If you’re a self-starter with experience in digital ads, a keen eye for analytics, and a passion for lead generation, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads for our landscaping business.
• Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI and lead flow.
• Conduct audience research and keyword analysis to enhance ad targeting.
• Create compelling ad copy, graphics, and other assets that drive engagement.
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Assist with budgeting and bidding strategies to maximize cost-effectiveness.
• Communicate regularly with the team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency with ad analytics and optimization techniques.
• Experience in landscaping or similar industries is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Hours: Part-time, flexible hours (approx. 10-15 hours per week).

Compensation: Based on experience.
