Software Developer - PHP/Python

Rate: $20 USD/hour
Hours: 20 hours per week

About the Role:
We’re looking for a smart, driven developer with a strong web development background to join our team. If you’re experienced with Laravel and Python (or confident you can learn quickly), and you write clean, testable code, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements:
- Solid web development experience
- Proficient in Laravel and Python, or willing to learn fast
- Strong understanding of Git (PRs, merging, rebasing, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Comfortable writing and maintaining robust tests
- Fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable internet and a high-quality video call setup for effective collaboration

Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with the TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine.js, Laravel, Livewire) – experience with Livewire is optional but you must be eager to learn
- A good eye for UI/UX design and the ability to create decent user interfaces
