Job Purpose:
The ideal candidate will handle incoming leads, evaluate property values through due diligence, and close deals over the phone by securing contracts live. This role demands consistency, initiative, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Intake: Manage initial calls with leads, establish rapport, and collect pertinent information.
- Due Diligence: Conduct property evaluations to determine worth using provided tools and resources.
- Deal Closure: Persuasively negotiate and close deals on the phone, ensuring contracts are signed live.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead records, status updates, and follow-up schedules.
- Process Adherence: Follow established protocols for contract walkthroughs, lead qualification, and training implementation.
- Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.

Qualifications:
Previous sales experience, preferably in real estate or related fields.
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Comfort with remote tools and technology (e.g., CRM systems, property evaluation tools).
Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals over the phone.
Performance Expectations:
Close rate improvements through effective contract walkthroughs (aiming for 85%+).
Consistent achievement of KPIs and other dashboard metrics.
Systematic and effective follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
