Job Description:
We are seeking a creative VSL and Facebook Ad Creator to craft high-converting video sales letters (VSLs), engaging Facebook ads, and translate current ads into multiple languages. This role requires flexibility as we explore new ideas and adjust workflows. If everything goes as planned, we anticipate full-time hours weekly. Experience with AI spokespersons or AI avatars is a big plus! Animation skills will be a significant advantage for this role.

Responsibilities:
Create compelling VSLs and Facebook ads tailored to target audiences.
Translate existing ads into other languages, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.
Write persuasive scripts and produce high-quality video content.
Leverage AI tools like spokespersons or avatars to create engaging ads.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize for conversions.
Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies.
Stay updated on marketing trends and implement best practices.

Requirements:
Proven experience with VSLs, Facebook ad creation, and ad translation.
Fluent in English
Get transcripts from competitor's ads
Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and data analysis is a plus
Experience with AI tools (e.g., AI spokespersons or avatars) is a plus.
Creative mindset and understanding of customer psychology.
