Customer Service Rep - Shopify Dropshipping

Who are we?
We are a dropshipping company that runs multiple e-commerce stores using Shopify in Europe
and have done over €500,000 in revenue
At the moment, we are expanding our business and are looking for new talents for our digital
advertising team to help us in achieving goals efficiently.

Whom do we search for?
We are searching for someone who can handle the emails for our stores. Our expectations for the position:

Previous experience in answering emails for an EU Fashion dropshipping store (this is specific!!), processing refunds through shopify, and has worked with hubstaff before.

Someone who works well organized

Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take the initiative

A team player that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
