Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients in need of procurement and manufacturing solutions.
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Represent the company in virtual meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in procurement, logistics, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and remote sales tools is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
Knowledge of procurement processes or international trade is a plus.
