High-end Operations Manager

FlowGround, a rapidly growing wellness brand, is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lay the foundation for our Shopify store and integrate essential software solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations as we launch and scale our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and optimize the Shopify platform for seamless e-commerce operations.
- Identify, implement, and manage software tools for inventory, order management, and customer support.
- Develop workflows for efficient operations and ensure cross-platform integrations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to streamline launches and promotions.
- Ensure operational compliance and scalability for international expansion.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Shopify.
- Strong knowledge of software tools like Klaviyo, Zapier, inventory management systems, and payment gateways.
- Ability to work independently, set up processes, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- A results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
