What you’ll do:

Are you passionate about social media and experienced with the TikTok platform? We are looking for a highly detail-oriented individual to manage and post content on a TikTok account. This role is essential to maintaining our online presence and ensuring content provided by our marketing team reaches our audience effectively and consistently. Join us in expanding the reach of Flamingo Cards (www.tiktok.com/@flamingo.cards ).

1. Manage TikTok account: Oversee and post content on one account, ensuring it receives 24 posts per day as the marketing team provides.
2. Schedule content posting: Post strategically during workdays to maintain a consistent and engaging presence.
3. Create TikTok drafts: Prepare drafts during the week to ensure seamless weekend posting and maintain activity on the account seven days a week.
4. Ensure content accuracy and quality: Meet platform standards and align posts with the brand voice and strategy.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team: Work closely with the team to organize and execute posting schedules for the provided content.
6. Track performance: Monitor account activity and engagement, reporting any insights or issues to the team.

What you’ll bring:
