Accounting Officer/Bookkeeper for Global Transactions

Be our Accounting Officer, only if you have:

1. Strong obsession with numbers and spreadsheets (MS Excel)
2. High attention to detail, high accuracy and trustworthy
3. Willingness to learn new financial and accounting software (Quickbooks)

We're currently looking for high-caliber candidates to join our A-team who meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as an accountant preferably in the retail industry
- Must be numbers-driven and excellent with math
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detailed oriented and well-organized at all times
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player, switched-on, enthusiastic and shows initiative
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Fast learner, hard-working, honest, trustworthy & resourceful
- Advanced MS Office including advanced MS Excel skills
- Proficient in English (writing, reading, listening)
- Preferably have experience using Quickbooks accounting software


What type of work will you be doing?
- Document financial transactions on a daily basis (bookkeeping)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Reconcile any financial discrepancies and resolve account irregularities/queries
- Perform detailed analysis of monthly financial statements at the end of each month and present the result summary to the management
