E-commerce Customer Service Agent

We are Looking for an experienced customer service agent to join our team. We're an e-commerce brand based in the UK (although ship globally) and handle the majority of our customer service through email



The ideal candidate will have:

- experience using customer desk software such as Gorgias, Freshdesk, Zendesk etc
- Good time keeping and punctuality
- High level of written and spoken english
- Friendly and empathetic personality
- Good at working as part of a team

Hours will be part time for now and completely flexible, but there will be opportunity to add more hours and progress as you gain experience and show good performance
