Find Tiktok clips from Youtube, clip, edit, and post them tastefully

I'm looking for a person to grow a new Tiktok account for me, centered around Youtube clips of rock bands. These are the steps I need done 20 times a day:
1. Find a clip on Youtube of a band from the list of bands given. You need to validate that the clip is an interview clip, live clip, etc. and not a music video or something that would trigger copyright issues.
2. Find interesting parts of the video that are most likely to hook people into watching the account.
3. Chop the clip into coherent parts. You could create many parts from a single Youtube clip and post part 1, part 2, etc.
4. Upload the clips to Tiktok.
5. Apply relevant and intelligently chosen hashtags to grow the videos.
6. Write coherent, relevant, and professional captions.

I additionally would expect a weekly update on the account growth and engagement levels.

If the channel is able to monetize and make money, I'd be more than happy to split the money that it makes! This could be thousands a month, but would take time, patience, and skill to reach that stage!
