Are you a hyper-organized, tech-savvy professional with a passion for event planning, and a knack for managing multiple tasks seamlessly? Speak Your Way To Cash® is seeking an Exceptional Admin Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, communications, travel, and event planning. If you excel at keeping things running smoothly and love taking initiative, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar & Meeting Management: Efficiently manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events, including booking venues, managing logistics, and coordinating with vendors.
• Tech & Systems Management: Utilize platforms like Asana, Slack, Zoom, and other tech tools to streamline operations and ensure smooth workflows.
• Client Communications: Handle emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication professionally and promptly.
• Social Media & Email Campaigns: Schedule and post on social media, assist with email marketing campaigns, and manage engagement.
• Travel & Logistics: Book flights, accommodations, and manage travel itineraries for the CEO.
• Research & Reports: Conduct research on various topics as needed and compile reports.
• Personal Assistance: Handle some personal tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing household vendors, and other occasional personal needs.

Qualifications

• Hyper Organized: You thrive on creating systems and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using software like Google Suite, project management tools, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience handling professional emails and calls.
• Event Planning Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience planning and executing events.
• Problem Solver: You anticipate needs before they arise and take initiative to find solutions.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Flexible & Adaptable: Able to pivot between various responsibilities and handle a fast-paced work environment.
