Creative Video Editor for Storytelling & Social Media Content
We’re looking for a talented individual to help us craft visually compelling Reels and videos for our personal brand – someone who truly understands what it takes to succeed in social media marketing. It’s not just about editing clips but creating engaging visual stories that captivate audiences.
Who we are:
We are Molu Social, one of the leading reel agencies in Germany. Our focus has evolved from simply building reach to empowering young people with big goals. We help coaches, consultants, and ambitious individuals achieve online success, work remotely, and live life on their own terms.
With over 170 participants in our program, we’re proud to deliver real results and guide people on their journey. However, while our coaching business thrives, our own social media presence has taken a backseat. We’re ready to change that!
Who we’re looking for:
A video editor who understands us and our vision. Someone who knows how to craft visually engaging content that resonates emotionally with our audience. We’re all about impactful storytelling that sticks – especially through Reels and other short-form content.
Your role:
• Edit high-quality, engaging Reels and short videos with a strong focus on storytelling and emotional impact.
• Work creatively with provided footage to craft compelling narratives that communicate our mission and values.
• Help us enhance our social media presence and grow organic traffic through standout visual content.
What we’re looking for in you:
• Proven experience in video editing, ideally focused on short-form social media content.
• A deep understanding of our target audience (young people striving for freedom and financial independence).
• The ability to turn raw footage into polished, inspiring videos that tell a story.
• Creativity, a strong eye for detail, and knowledge of current editing and social media trends.
