Gmail/Shopify/FaceBook Customer Service Representative

Skills required:

Experience working with an e-commerce brand on Shopify, with FaceBook Advertising as the main marketing channel.
Experience in email customer support (Gmail)
Experience using Shopify (refunding orders, tracking down orders, etc)
Experience replying to >FaceBook Comments (answering questions, providing product links)

Required:

Not in school or working at another job

Overview:

$700 / Month
40 hours a week minimum

KPI indicators in place to earn more
Extra pay when working more than 40 hours a week
