Social Media Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to amplify the voices of AJ Silber and Jay Mount.

Your mission is to foster meaningful engagement, expand our social presence, and build valuable partnerships.

This role will require you to work from 6:00AM-2:00PM EST time (7:00PM - 3:00AM Manila).

Daily Responsibilities:
- Engage with a Curated Community: Leave thoughtful, personalized comments on 30+ LinkedIn profiles daily within a hand-picked community, fostering authentic connections and meaningful discussions.

- Comment Management: Monitor and respond to all comments on LinkedIn posts, creating an interactive experience and nurturing ongoing conversations.

- Sponsorship Outreach & Relationship Building: Initiate and manage outreach to businesses for sponsorship opportunities using manual and automated tools. Maintain organized records of conversations and progress.

- Podcast Outreach: Execute targeted outreach to podcast hosts to secure guest appearances for AJ and Jay, effectively pitching and tracking opportunities.

Experience:
- Proficiency in english (writing and speaking).
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- Experience with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and highly organized.

We'll need you available from 6:00AM-2:00PM EST time.
