???? Role Overview



Ad Design: Design engaging static and dynamic ads for Facebook and Instagram, adhering to platform guidelines and best practices.
Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative ad concepts and campaigns.
Asset Creation: Create various ad assets, such as banners, carousels, and story ads.
Performance Optimization: Analyze ad performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Meta advertising.




???? Qualifications:

Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
At least 3 years of experience in designing and creating ads for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of Meta ad formats and best practices
