We’re seeking a full-time Client Qualification Specialist to evaluate potential clients and ensure they’re a great fit for our program.
Job Description: As a Client Qualification Specialist, you will conduct calls with potential clients to assess whether they meet our criteria and are ready for investment support. Your role will be crucial in identifying businesses with the potential to benefit from our coaching and investment. No prior ecommerce experience is required, but you should be comfortable conducting professional qualification calls and making confident decisions about fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct qualification calls to assess prospective clients’ business experience and goals.
Evaluate client readiness and alignment with our investment criteria.
Clearly communicate client suitability to the team, ensuring a smooth onboarding for qualified clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client feedback to improve our qualification process.
Qualifications:
Experience in client qualification, sales, or customer success, with strong assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and confident phone presence.
Ability to work full-time and manage calls independently.
Strong organizational skills to track call outcomes and maintain detailed records.
