Hours:

- Apx. 10-20 hours/week (flexible)
- We operate in EST - your schedule must include at least 3 hours of availability during EST hours (9am-5pm EST)

As our Video Editor, you'll craft engaging content that helps business owners leverage systems, technology, and virtual teams to achieve freedom - in their time, location, finances, and lifestyle.

Your Creative Impact

You'll be instrumental in:

- Producing eye-catching short-form content focused on Instagram Reels
- Creating simple but valuable and engaging YouTube videos and course materials
- Leveraging AI tools to enhance production quality and efficiency
- Focusing on educational, inspirational, and entertaining business & life content

Essential Skills

Required:

- Proven experience in video editing, especially short-form content
- Proficiency in Capcut and Descript
- Strong grasp of social media trends and best practices
- Drive for continuous learning & growing
- Enthusiasm for AI tools and emerging technologies
- Ability to work independently and in team collaboration

Preferred:

- Experience with OpusClip, Runway & Davinci
- Motion graphics capabilities
