Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving our growth across six fitness centres. This role will manage digital ad campaigns, oversee social media strategies, and coordinate content creation to ensure brand consistency and engagement across platforms. Working closely with the head of marketing, this role will allow the department lead to focus on strategic initiatives and community partnerships. This position requires a data-driven, creative professional who can oversee campaigns, optimise performance, and bring innovative ideas to a growing company with a wellness focus.

Responsibilities:

Digital Advertising Management:

- Oversee Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, focusing on lead generation for multiple gym locations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve ad performance, optimise budget allocation, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Research and recommend expansion into other platforms, such as Google, YouTube, and TikTok.

Social Media Management:

- Manage and post daily content across all gym social media accounts, coordinating with a creative team to develop visuals and videos.
- Track and analyse performance metrics to identify high-performing content and replicate success across platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency and support overall brand strategy.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare regular reports on ad and social media performance, analysing KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.
- Work with membership consultants to assess lead quality and conversions, ensuring campaigns deliver high-value leads.

Content Creation Support:

- Assist in drafting and/or refining ad copy and social media captions based on provided creative guidelines.
- Ensure ad creatives align with gym-specific requirements and brand values, with support for any adaptations needed.

Process Documentation and SOPs:

- Record processes and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for campaign management, social media posting, and content updates.

Collaboration and Team Support:

- Work closely with the gym owner and marketing head to ensure campaigns align with business growth and development goals.
- Provide input on potential partnerships and collaborations that could benefit the brand’s visibility.

Requirements:

- 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably with experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based industries.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media ad campaigns, particularly on Facebook and Instagram.
- Creative ability for copywriting and basic content review.
- Familiarity with ad strategies, lead generation, and content optimisation within Meta Business Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and recommend adjustments for improvement.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite (for ads and scheduling).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.

Software to Be Used:

- Meta Business Suite for social media scheduling and ad management.
- Digital Stack familiarity is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for tracking performance data.

Timezone: AWST

Working Hours: 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week

Rate: $700AUD per month
