JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist for a Start up tech company who can aggressively scale customer acquisition while maintaining efficient cost per lead (CPL) metrics. This role is perfect for a data-savvy marketer who thrives on beating performance targets and driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive customer acquisition through paid channels while maintaining or reducing CPL targets
Scale successful campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through constant testing and optimization
Monitor and improve key metrics including:

Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Conversion rates


Develop strategies to reduce customer acquisition costs while maintaining quality
Present quarterly performance reviews and growth strategies to leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years experience scaling paid social and search campaigns
Proven track record of reducing CPL while increasing lead volume
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads
Expert-level analytics and reporting capabilities
Data-driven approach to budget optimization and scaling
