Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and candidates, providing outstanding customer support and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to address inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive experience.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
