General Assistant Ecommerce Company

I am seeking a General Assistant to support various tasks essential for the smooth operation of our dropshipping business. Initially, this will be a part-time role with the potential to evolve into a full-time position as responsibilities increase.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily management of business emails.
Creation of a Shopify store following specific instructions.
Handling document and information submissions for Stripe and bank reviews.
Managing financial tasks, including data entry of daily profit and loss sheet.
Monitoring whether our team meets their daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Potentially Additional Responsibilities (as the role expands):
Daily Facebook ads media buying.
Conducting product research.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in finance
Experience in Shopify management.
Familiarity with media buying is a plus.
