Role Overview
As an Automation Specialist, you will design, build, and maintain efficient automation workflows to simplify repetitive tasks, enhance communication, and integrate various platforms. Your expertise will enable us to save time, improve accuracy, and scale our operations effectively.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with our team to identify automation opportunities within our agency processes.
Build and maintain workflows in Zapier to integrate tools and automate tasks.
Use Python to create custom scripts for advanced automation needs beyond Zapier’s capabilities.
Develop robust error-handling mechanisms to ensure seamless operations.
Document processes and provide training to team members on implemented solutions.
Test and troubleshoot workflows to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience with Zapier and its advanced features.
Proficiency in Python for scripting and API integrations.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON data structures.
Experience automating tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Shopify, and CRM platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with eCommerce or digital marketing workflows.
Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Calendly, and WhatsApp.
Knowledge of webhook configurations and server-side automation.
