JOB OVERVIEW

Seller Fuel dba Toy Launch is seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter Intern to join our growing e-commerce team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven individual to gain real-world experience in lead generation, customer outreach, and sales support. The position is designed for someone eager to develop essential skills in a dynamic, fast-paced eCommerce environment. This role is performance-based, offering growth potential and the opportunity to transition into a full-time position after the internship period.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients that align with our target audience.
Outreach and Scheduling: Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to engage potential clients and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Data Management: Accurately input and update lead information into the company CRM.
Follow-Up Communication: Ensure timely follow-ups with leads to secure appointments and maintain engagement.
Performance Tracking: Monitor outreach success rates and report on weekly progress to the team.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and contribute to overall goals.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred but not required).
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: USD $1.50 per hour, estimated at approximately $240 per month during the first three months of the internship (based on a 40-hour work week).
