Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify market trends, opportunities, and gaps.
- Clean, validate, and standardize datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Build comparison matrices and develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings.
- Collaborate with research teams to structure and interpret data from surveys, focus groups, and secondary sources.
- Conduct competitive analysis, market segmentation, and customer behavior assessments.
- Develop visualizations using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or other data analysis software.
- Support the creation of pricing models, customer personas, and strategic recommendations based on data insights.
- Assist in identifying and integrating new data sources to enhance analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and flag inconsistencies during the analysis process.


Skills & Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or market research.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, Python, or R for data analysis, cleaning, and visualization.
- Strong ability to perform data validation, standardization, and comparison across multiple datasets.
- Experience in developing clear, compelling data narratives and insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex insights.
- Interest or experience in the outdoor industry is a plus.
