About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Virtual Assistants (VAs) to join our team. This role is critical in driving our real estate business forward by generating leads, setting appointments, and ensuring smooth transactions. If you’re a self-motivated, organized professional with excellent communication and sales skills, we want to hear from you!
- Cold Calling: Proactively contact potential clients, qualify leads, and maintain an updated database.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and confirm appointments for agents with qualified leads, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients, address inquiries, and provide excellent service via calls, emails, and SMS.
- Closing Support: Assist in managing contracts, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring seamless transaction closures.
