Looking for fulltime VA

I am looking for someone to answer calls, post on social media, check emails, cold call, learn ways to improve the business, and do a variety of other tasks. I intend to find someone eager to grow with me for years to come. Duties of the job will change over time. I'd love to start with a zoom call then a trial task and see how that goes. I plan to train you to follow certain procedures and also give you creative control to evolve the business!

Pay starts at 2.00/hr and could potentially increase by 1.00/hr every 3 months IF VA directly increases my revenue. Once the VA reaches 5.00/hr, this is where we will stay. Every year, I will offer another 1.00/hr. There's a lot of potential money here for you if you give it everything you've got, like I do everyday.

To get these increases in pay, you can do things like help me secure government contracts, cold call residential to book clients, and anything else that directly increases the business revenue. There are lots of ways for you to make more money. I need someone invested. Would like for you to start 8am to 6pm and take 1 hr where you clock out for lunch. Would like someone 6 days a week. This would be 48 hrs a week. Its very important that you have good internet connection and it is stable.
