What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll lead email, SMS, and push campaigns across our brands. You’ll be our go-to for campaign setup, quality checks, creative messaging, and segmentation strategy. From A/B testing to analyzing customer feedback, you’ll be a critical player in optimizing campaign performance, building brand affinity, and supporting our customer journey from start to finish. Here’s a bit more about what you’ll dive into:
• Spearhead email, SMS, and push campaigns from concept to deployment
• Craft personalized content and strategic subject lines to increase engagement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all campaigns align with our brand vision
• Bring fresh ideas to life, optimizing through testing, analytics, and insights
• Report on KPIs weekly and strategize for future growth based on results

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
• At least 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience in a high-growth e-commerce environment
• Solid understanding of email platforms, SMS marketing, and mobile-first strategies
• Proven A/B testing expertise and familiarity with customer segmentation strategies
• Strong writing skills and a knack for engaging on-brand copy
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across teams
• Expertise in driving program improvements. Manage, monitor, and ensure high deliverability rates utilizing SPAM testing
