Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Job Description:
We are a fast-paced, growing real estate brokerage looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to help foster and follow up with old leads. As the lead follow-up specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with potential clients who may not have been ready to buy or sell in the past. You will work closely with our agents and assist in managing the CRM system to ensure leads are properly categorized, followed up with, and nurtured. If you’re organized, enjoy managing relationships, and have an eye for detail, this role may be for you.

Responsibilities:
Lead Follow-Up & Nurturing:

Engage with old, inactive leads to assess their current buying/selling intentions.
Send personalized emails, text messages, or make calls to re-engage and nurture leads.
Track and document all lead interactions in our CRM (Brivity, Core & More).
Qualify leads and categorize them as "good" or "bad" based on their current status and readiness to take action.
Assist agents by scheduling appointments with potential clients and ensuring timely follow-ups.
CRM Management:

Regularly update and clean up CRM, ensuring that lead statuses are accurate for ENTIRE real estate brokerage
Extract leads from various platforms (Brivity, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.) and input them into the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are distributed and followed up on efficiently.
Reporting & Coordination:

Provide regular lead status reports to agents and managers.
Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-up according to lead priority.
Qualifications:
Experience with real estate CRMs (Brivity, Core & More, or similar) is preferred.
Strong communication skills (email, phone, text, etc.).
Experience in sales or lead management, especially in real estate, is a plus.
Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
