Overview: Skillful Advisor is seeking a seasoned, strategic YouTube Manager to lead and enhance our YouTube channel. This role involves crafting and executing strategies to expand our audience, boost engagement, and amplify the reach of our content. You’ll collaborate closely with our content creators, marketing team, and analytics specialists to maintain a dynamic, results-oriented YouTube presence. Responsibilities include publishing videos with optimized descriptions and repurposing long-form videos into engaging short-form content.

Position Type:
• Part Time: 10 to 20 hours per week

Role and Responsibilities:

• Channel Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow the channel’s audience, increase views, and enhance engagement.

• Content Planning: Collaborate with content creators to plan and schedule video content that aligns with audience interests and seasonal trends.

• Optimization: Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve visibility and searchability. Implement SEO best practices for YouTube.

• Analytics: Monitor and analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics and other tools. Generate reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights to improve content and strategy.

• Community Engagement: Foster a positive and active community by engaging with viewers through comments, live chats, and community posts.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align YouTube content with broader marketing campaigns and promotional efforts.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on YouTube trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep the channel innovative and competitive.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• DISC Profile Score
• English proficiency Exam: C1 or C2
• ID Proof Greater than 70%
• 1-2 years of proven experience as a YouTube manager or in a similar role
• Ability to develop and implement strategies based on data-driven insights and industry trends.
• Strong creative vision with the ability to develop compelling content ideas and formats.
• Access to a computer with an operational camera and a working microphone
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Detail-oriented
