We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including digital and print media, to support marketing, branding, and product initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and packaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create designs that align with company objectives and branding guidelines.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Edit and retouch images to enhance visual quality.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all projects and platforms.
- Stay updated on design trends and software to ensure designs remain innovative and competitive.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Must-Have Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across various mediums.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback into designs.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
