JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and provide support via email and website chat. Enter orders into production, coordinate with production team to make sure orders are processed on time and sent out to the client. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Y
Key Responsibilities:


Email
Support: Respond to customer emails in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Address inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve issues.
Website Chat Support: Assist customers via live chat on our website, answering questions, providing guidance, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.
Order Management: Assist customers with order-related questions, including status updates, changes, and cancellations.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive experience and high level of satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide clear, concise information.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online or remote environment.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in all customer interactions.
Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using email, chat platforms, and basic customer service software. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with e-commerce platforms or online retail.
Knowledge of trophies and awards or related products.
Experience in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Must apply with 10AP Credit and Must be available to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (TORONTO/CANADA TIME)
