Our dedicated team of over 40 professionals, including highly skilled doctors, provides a range of services, including specialty offerings with significant growth potential. We are seeking a seasoned Director of Marketing who understands the nuances of patient acquisition, retention, and referrals to take our business to the next level.

This role is ideal for a marketing executive with extensive experience in medical or dental services, a proven track record of generating new patient leads, and a deep understanding of driving revenue through both external campaigns and internal systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

Strategic Leadership

• Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on patient acquisition, retention, and referral growth.
• Identify and prioritize marketing opportunities that align with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead branding initiatives to position the clinics as the go-to choice for eye care in the community.

Lead Generation & Campaign Management

• Design multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email, and more) to generate high-quality leads and increase appointments.
• Promote specialty services to increase awareness and drive revenue growth.

SEO & Digital Advertising

• Optimize our digital footprint, including the website and Google My Business listings, for search engines and local searches.
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI.

Patient Retention & Referrals

• Create programs to enhance patient retention and encourage referrals through exceptional communication and engagement.
• Develop referral marketing initiatives targeting partner organizations and community groups.


Email
Marketing & CRM Utilization

• Leverage patient databases to create segmented email campaigns tailored to drive engagement, reactivations, and new bookings.
• Establish automated workflows to nurture patient relationships and encourage ongoing care.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all campaigns, reporting results and actionable recommendations to the CEO.
• Regularly review and refine strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Team Building & Collaboration

• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable results.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with patient care standards.

**Qualifications**

• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in healthcare, dental, or medical services, with a focus on patient acquisition.
• Proven expertise in scaling lead generation efforts through SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Google Ads, and marketing analytics tools.
• Deep understanding of referral programs and patient retention strategies.
• Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactical initiatives.
• Data-driven mindset with a track record of improving marketing KPIs and ROI.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
