This role is ideal for a marketing executive with extensive experience in medical or dental services, a proven track record of generating new patient leads, and a deep understanding of driving revenue through both external campaigns and internal systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
Strategic Leadership
• Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on patient acquisition, retention, and referral growth.
• Identify and prioritize marketing opportunities that align with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead branding initiatives to position the clinics as the go-to choice for eye care in the community.
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
• Design multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media,
• Promote specialty services to increase awareness and drive revenue growth.
SEO & Digital Advertising
• Optimize our digital footprint, including the website and Google My Business listings, for search engines and local searches.
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Patient Retention & Referrals
• Create programs to enhance patient retention and encourage referrals through exceptional communication and engagement.
• Develop referral marketing initiatives targeting partner organizations and community groups.

**Qualifications**
• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in healthcare, dental, or medical services, with a focus on patient acquisition.
• Proven expertise in scaling lead generation efforts through SEO, PPC, and
