Administrative Support:
Manage daily schedules,
Maintain and update client databases and records
Assist in compliance with all real estate laws and regulations
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed
Communication Management:
Act as a liaison between the CEO, tea
Ensure timely communication within the team and with clients
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
Project & Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and coordinating team events, meetings, and special projects
Support tea
Manage logistics for team events and client appreciation gatherings
Social Media & Marketing Support:
Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms
Assist in maintaining a social media calendar and creating basic content to engage our audience
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and client outreach initiatives
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
Organize and manage pop-bys and client appreciation gifts, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up
Systems & Process Improvement:
Assist in developing, implementing, and refining office systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance operational efficiency
Team Growth & Development:
Support onboarding and training for new tea
Assist with recruiting efforts by organizing interviews, preparing candidate communications, and maintaining recruiting databases
Financial Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and organize expense reports, budgets, and financial documentation
Assist in tracking key metrics related to team performance and provide regular reports to the CEO
