Job Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and approach potential clients to introduce the company’s products or services.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and refine sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s offerings to effectively communicate product benefits and features.
Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including cold calling,
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide valuable insights to the team.
Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance, including forecasting, sales pipeline management, and analysis of key metrics.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop sales materials and coordinate promotional activities.
Customer Support Coordination: Ensure smooth handover of clients to the support team post-sale and address any initial concerns.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management, particularly Salesforce
Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
