We’re seeking an experienced full time Live Event Moderator to join our team for a US based company! You’ll ensure smooth, engaging events for our audience using Zoom and other tools. Your primary hours will likely be 12pm-9pm EST. However, flexibility is essential as we run our events at different times.

Responsibilities:
1. Event Setup & Monitoring: Set up virtual events on Zoom and other platforms, ensuring all tech runs smoothly.
2. Participant Engagement: Engage with attendees, answer inquiries from

4. Issue Resolution: Quickly handle any tech or attendee issues to keep the event running smoothly.
5. Post-Event Wrap-Up: Follow up by downloading recordings, doing minor edits, posting replays, and compiling attendance data.
Requirements:
1. Experience moderating virtual events (preferably on Zoom)
2. Highly organized with attention to detail

5. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
6. Available to work primarily EST hours, with some flexibility
