Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Marketing Project Manager - Meta Operations to oversee and improve processes for Meta ad campaigns, including naming structure, optimization tracking, and creative development. This role is essential for ensuring our marketing teams execute campaigns efficiently, with clear accountability, and aligned with our performance goals. The Marketing Project Manager will also be responsible for developing and managing performance reports, providing critical insights to guide optimization efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement for Meta Campaigns:
-Refine Meta Ads processes related to naming structures, ensuring consistency between Meta Ads Manager and internal Notion databases.
-Develop and implement tracking systems for campaign optimization and creative performance.
-Oversee the creative development process, ensuring all assets are properly categorized and tracked.
Performance Reporting and Metrics:
-Design, build, and manage performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement across Meta campaigns.

-Implement a system for weekly Meta Notion reports for PSMs, documenting procedures in a formal SOP for long-term efficiency.
-Update and maintain accurate campaign names in Notion to align with active Meta campaigns, simplifying report generation and improving automation.
Creative Development Support:
-Work with internal teams to define SOPs and processes for conducting competitor research by service/treatment, and analyze creative performance (best and worst images, videos, and copy).
-Execute research processes weekly to support creative development and provide insights into competitor trends.
Notion Database Management:
-Oversee daily/weekly updates to the Notion databases that help the Meta team, ensuring the accuracy and accountability of all entries.
-Optimization database - This includes the process to get the weekly stats into the database.
-Provider database - This includes managing entries for new preferences from Personalized Marketing Strategy forms and ensuring data integrity.
-Ensure campaign names are consistently updated in the database to reflect active campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
Account Management and Naming Structures:
-Manage the Meta Ads account naming system, ensuring correct and consistent naming practices across all accounts and campaigns.

Meta Requests Process Management:
-Define and manage the SOP for Meta requests, ensuring all requests are handled in a timely and organized manner.
Omni Reporting Management:
-Develop and execute omni-channel reporting processes to provide a comprehensive view of campaign performance across platforms, with a focus on improving Meta optimization.
Meta Traffic Management & Overdue Task Accountability:
-Monitor and manage overdue tasks, ensuring deadlines are met for Meta-related activities.

-Set up notifications and adjust rules as needed for seamless collaboration.
Meta Access Coordination:
-Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure Meta access is granted to new Meta Specialists and PSMs as needed; leads permission, phone verification, credit card.
-Regularly review access permissions to ensure Meta Specialists have full access to their accounts and PSMs have View Only permissions.
Campaign Launch Access Protocol:
-Ensure all
-Verify that all users have the appropriate access and permissions. Update permissions as needed and notify the onboarding team if issues are found.
-Coordinate with Anne to re-integrate Meta and GHL accounts when user permissions are updated, ensuring smooth functionality and access for all users.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in project management, particularly within a marketing or advertising environment.
-Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign tracking, optimization, and reporting.
-Proficiency with Notion or other project management tools; experience managing databases and maintaining SOPs is a plus.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of our Meta ad campaigns and creative processes. The Marketing Project --Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between marketing strategy, execution, and performance tracking.
