Online Arbitrage - Amazon Sourcer

This is a full time job which requires 40 hours a week. Our company is growing fast, and we want to pay big money to VA's that come in and produce.

We pay BIG money to GOOD sourcing VA's. But you MUST be good, this is how we pay below:
- The first 1-4 weeks you are paid based on per approved lead of $5 per hour.
- After you have proved your worth you are immediately put on Salary of $3 per hour.
- This is where the BIG money comes into play, We pay giant monthly bonuses based on performance.
- This is how our bonus is structured below. The left number is your monthly spend, the right number is your bonus
$100,000 = $1,000 bonus
$90,000 = $850 bonus
$80,000 = $700 bonus
$70,000 = $550 bonus
$60,000 = $400 bonus
$55,000 = $320 bonus
$50,000 = $280 bonus
$45,000 = $240 bonus
$40,000 = $200 bonus
$35,000 = $160 bonus
$30,000 = $130 bonus
$25,000 = $110 bonus
$20,000 - $90 bonus
$15,000 = $70 bonus
$10,000 = $50 bonus
- A new good sourcing VA coming in makes about $700-$800 per month
- Our top performing VA makes $1,600 a month

You will be required to find 8-10 new flips per day using different sourcing methods. I am looking for someone with great knowledge in sourcing. You must have prior experience. It takes 2 months+ to train a new employee, therefore I want only experienced people with Online Arbitrage.

You must already know how to use various sourcing methods.
