Virtual Assistant – Airbnb Property Management & Operations
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist in managing our growing Airbnb portfolio, which includes properties in the USA and UK. This role is ideal for someone experienced in Airbnb property management and administrative tasks, with a passion for optimizing processes and driving results.

Responsibilities:

Airbnb Property Management:

Coordinate with cleaners to ensure timely turnovers and verify invoices.
Handle guest inquiries on Airbnb messenger to maximize booking conversions.
Manage profit and loss statements, assist with pricing strategies, and research property data.
Operational Support:

Create and maintain a property evaluation checklist for new acquisitions.
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals for property management tasks.
Ensure smooth communication with team members and contractors.
Administrative Tasks:

Conduct research on property deals and market trends.
Provide weekly updates and performance reports.
Occasionally handle personal errands as needed.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Airbnb property management.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven experience in creating SOPs to streamline business operations.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with tools like Trello, Notion, or similar project management systems.
