At Dr. Mary Louder’s integrative and functional medicine practice, we’re transforming healthcare through holistic approaches, energetic psychology, and accessible online resources. We’re seeking a talented and experienced Social Media & Marketing Expert to help us grow our online presence, with a special focus on YouTube and leveraging platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to connect with a global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Focus on YouTube growth by creating and posting 5–7 minute videos highlighting topics in holistic and functional medicine, with an emphasis on energetic psychology.
Use Canva and Milanote to create visually appealing and branded graphics, videos, and posts.
Edit video and audio content for clarity, quality, and alignment with our messaging and branding.
Schedule and publish posts across platforms, ensuring consistency with branding, colors, and voice.
Collaborate with the team to link content effectively to our Shopify store at www.drmarylouder.com and promote bundles and courses hosted on Tevello.
Analyze social media metrics and data to track growth, refine strategies, and maximize engagement.
Maintain excellent communication with the team and provide regular updates on campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:

Proven track record of driving business growth through social media marketing (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Canva, Milanote, and data analysis tools.
Experience managing and growing YouTube channels.
Strong video and audio editing skills.
Familiarity with Shopify and integrating content with e-commerce platforms.
Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
Leadership and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to tasks.
Fluent in English, with excellent writing and editing skills.
Preferred Experience:

Background in integrative or functional medicine marketing is a plus.
Understanding of energetic psychology concepts.
