Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking a results-driven TikTok Associate/Manager to lead our TikTok operations. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in e-commerce and affiliate marketing, and a proactive mindset. This role demands flexibility, accountability, and a commitment to achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and optimize TikTok Shop and affiliate programs to boost performance and ensure compliance.
- Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Sheets and Looker Studio, identifying trends and actionable strategies.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams using Slack, Discord, and Lark to align on goals and timelines.
- Address operational challenges with a solution-focused approach and stay updated on TikTok trends, tools, and features.
- Maximize TikTok visibility and sales while handling occasional weekend escalations to maintain smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Quick learner with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in TikTok Shop management, affiliate marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and team communication tools (Slack, Discord, Lark).
- Preferred experience in managing TikTok operations with a proven track record of driving results.
