We are a full-service bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and CFO advisory firm with a dedicated team based in the Philippines. Our mission is to help clients optimize QuickBooks Online (QBO) usage, providing recurring financial analytics and dashboards to help their businesses thrive. Due to high demand, we are expanding our team to manage client onboarding, QBO cleanup, and daily bookkeeping needs.

? Paid Time Off (PTO)—Accrues from your first day at Simple Financials. You’ll receive:
• 15 days per year during your first two years

NOTE: Any unused leave will be paid out at the year’s end.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
? QBO Expertise: Minimum of 1 year of experience, including journal entries, reconciliations, advanced reporting, and categorization using Locations, Classes, and Tags.
? Tech-Ready: Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and professional-grade camera/microphone.
? Professional Skills: Strong English communication, impeccable
Compensation:
? Training Period: $5/hour for the first 3 months.
? Post-Training: $6–$7/hour for the next 9 months, increasing to $8–$10/hour after the first year. Both pay increases are performance-based.
? Long-Term Growth: Potential for management roles with annual compensation of $30,000–$40,000 USD (?1.7M–?2.25M PHP).
