Product Searcher (Talent Hire)

For our Dutch dropshipping business, we are looking forward to hitting 8 figures this year. Therefore, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Researcher with experience in product research and dropshipping to be part of a new team in our organization. This is a long-term position.

You must understand the entire process and demonstrate strong communication and research skills. Please apply with the word strawberry before introducing yourself. Read on to find out what tasks we expect you to perform, as well as the experience required for this role.


Please answer the following questions if you are interested:

Do you have experience working with Facebook Ad Library?
Do you have experience identifying winning products and collections?
Have you worked with spy tools or other competitor research tools?
Are you comfortable using current bestsellers as inspiration to create collections or find similar products?
Are you available for daily product research and suggestions, 7 days a week?


As a Product Researcher, you have:

Experience in product research (Must!)
Strong commitment and the ability to consistently deliver product suggestions daily (Must!)
Knowledge of tools like Facebook Ad Library, spy tools, or similar platforms (Pre)
The ability to create collections based on current bestsellers (Must!)
An analytical mindset to evaluate competitors and their strategies (Must!)

Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify or dropshipping workflows


Your duties will include:

Researching winning products and collections by analyzing competitors' offerings through tools like Facebook Ad Library or spy platforms.
Suggesting similar products to our current bestsellers or creating collections from existing winning products.
Providing daily suggestions to the CEO and ensuring 7 days of continuous output.
Utilizing your own strategies or leveraging tools to identify winning products and collections.
Keeping track of suggestions and performance metrics.


Compensation:

Bonus-based system:
For every winning product (based on performance), you will receive a bonus.
For winning collections, you will earn a percentage-based bonus.
