JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Partnerships and Social Media Executive to join our team and manage all aspects of seller advertising campaigns, plus a relevant experience on social media strategy and growth. This role not only oversees campaign inquiries and execution but also plays a vital part in enhancing our social media presence and client relationships. Working closely with the team, you’ll contribute to building our brand through dynamic social media engagement and advertising campaigns. As the primary point of contact for partnerships and advertisers, you will help shape effective marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels, collaborating with team members to maintain high standards in our campaign processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Client Relationship Building: Oversee seller advertising campaigns across all platforms including managing various social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube), collaborating with social media team to drive effective communication and content strategies. Handle inquiries from various channels (email, social media, brand ambassadors), explain campaign options and pricing, and maintain clear, professional communication with sellers throughout the campaign process.

Campaign Planning & Scheduling: Work directly with sellers to understand their goals, schedule campaigns, and ensure that all deliverables—including banners, social media posts, and push notifications—are executed in a timely manner.

Campaign Content Creation & Preparation: Design campaign content such as banners, social media assets, and email templates to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Prepare all materials to finalize campaign assets and coordinate with internal teams.

Outreach & Sales Growth: Develop outreach strategies to attract and onboard new clients. Actively engage potential sellers, advertisers and business partenerships, driving new business opportunities and increasing overall sales through effective partnership and social media engagement.

Invoice Creation & Management: Prepare and send invoices based on campaign agreements, ensuring timely payments before campaign execution.

Campaign Monitoring & Reporting: Track campaign progress, ensuring campaigns meet all deliverables and deadlines. Provide sellers with post-campaign reports, including metrics, insights, and performance data to demonstrate campaign impact.


Qualifications:

Social Media Savvy: Proven experience managing social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement, and growth strategies.

Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns across social media and other channels.

Proven ability to drive sales and generate new business through outreach, partnerships, and effective marketing strategies.
Experience in data tracking and post-campaign / social media reporting, and knowledge of various marketing channels (email, WhatsApp, social media, GHL) and best practices.
