Lead Generation & Data Specialist

We're searching for a talented Lead Generation & Data Specialist to join our team!

Your Role:

- Lead Generation: Skilled in lead gen, research, and effective communication.
- Research & Data Entry: Accurate, thorough research and data entry with Excel and Microsoft Suite.
- Organization & Task Management: Manage tasks efficiently, label leads accurately, and track processes.


Bonus points if you have:

- HubSpot Experience: Able to update/edit in HubSpot
- Analytical Abilities: Prioritize leads and refine processes based on insights.
- Email Validation & Data Cleaning: Experience validating emails and maintaining clean data.
- HubSpot Reporting: Able to pull and analyze reports.

Responsibilities:

- Research & Lead Scoring: Gather and prioritize high-quality leads.
- Data Cleaning: Regularly clean and prepare data for outreach.
- Lead Processing: Pull, clean, label, validate, and push leads to HubSpot.
- Manual Workflows: Extract exhibitor lists, validate contacts, and process them for sales.
- Process Improvement: Refine and scale the lead gen process, prioritizing efficient data entry
