Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy building positive relationships with people?
As a scheduler, you are primarily tasked to create, maintain, organize, and coordinate schedules
with attention to care plans, while serving as the lead caregiver.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain organized caregiver schedules based on client care plans.
Communicate schedule updates to caregivers and tea
Track and update client and caregiver information, generating weekly reports.
Ensure adequate staffing and address last-minute scheduling needs.
Provide support for caregivers, including training and quarterly reviews.
Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls and respond to urgent client or caregiver needs.
Manage on-call hours, including after-hours and weekends, for emergencies or scheduling issues.
Foster positive relationships with caregivers and clients.
Collaborate with the Care Manager to ensure high-quality care and ongoing caregiver development.
Maintain accurate logs of all interactions and ensure confidentiality.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, leadership, staff, and
community.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and oral expression.
Knowledge of state and local home care policies, procedures, practices, and software
programs.
Ability to think and plan strategically and creatively.
Ability to supervise and manage multiple functions and activities.
Reliable ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to use basic office equipment.
Other details of the job:
You MUST be residing in the Philippines and available during regular U.S. business hours. This is not a
job that can be partnered with your other full-time job.
