We are a fast-growing e-commerce business selling products worldwide. We are committed to delivering top-notch customer service and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
What You Will Do:
- Manage all customer communication via
- Handle Klarna and PayPal disputes.
- Collaborate with suppliers and the store manager to resolve issues.
- Analyze data (tickets, products, disputes) and create reports.
- Provide insights on the customer service department’s performance during weekly tea
- Identify trends and areas for improvement using Excel/spreadsheets.
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
- Experience handling Klarna and PayPal disputes.
- Strong skills in Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented.
