Automation Specialist

Maryann Michael Studios is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Backend Automation Specialist to assist with the setup and management of our Studio Sync automation system, provided by the Dance Studio Owners Association (DSOA). This role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the backend processes of our marketing platform to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation.

Responsibilities:

- Project manage, set up and configure the backend of Studio Sync to connect with Meta Ads and other marketing tools.
- Customize automation workflows and templates for Facebook ads and other marketing material, ensuring alignment with our marketing goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the Studio Sync setup.
- Optimize data integration and automation processes to streamline marketing efforts
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure the system is functioning effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain the backend infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Document important processes for future use.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience with backend automation systems, marketing platforms, or CRM integrations.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and Facebook ad automation processes.
- Strong understanding of API integration and data synchronization.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and automation software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
