ISA/Appointment setter for Insurance Leads

We are hiring: Looking for Dynamic Inside Sales Associate/Appointment Setters *(EXPERIENCED with cold calling Insurance Leads in the US)* to join our growing team. Primary responsibility is to engage with leads u and setting appointments with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Calling Insurance leads and engaging them in a conversation leading to a scheduled appointment
Qualifying leads to determine their readiness and interest level
Timely Follow-up with leads and nurturing future prospective leads
Updating database in a timely manner with accurate information.
Gathering and verifying necessary lead information.
Ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:
MUST HAVE at least one year of cold calling experience with Insurance Leads (This is a NON- NEGOTIABLE, apply only if experienced)
Good communication skills (No strong local accent).
Understands the sensitivity of calling Insurance Leads
Self motivated, Goal-driven and Result-driven.
Must be proactive and self-starter
Quick Learner and can work with minimal supervision
Have a positive go-getter attitude
Adaptable and Flexible to changes in strategies and clients needs
Wiling to work US time zones
Must have In-Home office setup and reliable internet connection and a quiet working space

What we offer:
$4 -5.50/hr starting rate, eligible for performance based salary increase after 3 months and performance based bonuses
Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) after 3 months.
